5 O’clock Brewing Co. will be a locally owned corporation whose principle partners has over 50 years combined experience within the hospitality and craft brewing fields. With the use of the revolutionary Jobs Act and the local Invest Georgia Exemption, we have the opportunity to be the 1st brewery financed through equity crowd funding. With the recent emphasis on craft brewing and the growth of craft brewing reaching an all-time high since the 1880’s, 5 O’clock Brewing Co. is committed to providing quality and excellence in the Brewing/brewpub industry. With growth of the craft brewing industry in 2012 was 15% by volume and 17% by dollars compared to growth in 2011 of 13% by volume and 15% by dollars we will meet the demand for quality crafted beers and a wide variety of eclectic Southern infused American menu items within a unique atmosphere. The growth of crafted breweries and brewpubs are booming with the Southeastern USA being the new frontier of rapid growth for this business.
