Raising money to complete development of our MemberOne suite of services to support the "Obamacare" Navigator Program being implemented by all states in 2013. Since 2009, MemberOne is a suite of software and services for the Navigator and other consumer assistance programs. The app and services enable Navigators and other marketers to manage referrals, scheduling, compliance & other activities. MemberOne offers the needed administrative services for the Navigator Programs so they can operate efficiently and focus on consumers vs. processes. The application and related services have been used since 2009 by some of the nations largest insurers such as UnitedHealthcare and EmblemHealth of New York. The application enables Navigators to seamlessly manage leads, referrals, scheduling, knowledge and reporting for Navigators, In Person Assisters and Certified Application Counselors in any state.
