HealthNinja is a platform to care for your loved-ones and for yourself. This is done by journalling all health events (either manually or with the help of health devices). The journal is then augmented with the medical records which your providers hold on your behalf, but which—by law—belong to you. In that respect, HealthNinja resembles a Personal Health Record (PHR). But instead of being simply an electronic version of a stack of medical notes, HealthNinja helps carry out the Care Plans that you or your loves-ones have received from your healthcare professionals. It is especially handy when there is more than one doctor or HCP and you are the one who must remember how these care plans must be implemented.
