PIR is scientific software that will be programmed for allergen detection, analysis, distinction and classification. PIR now has a direct purpose; and that purpose is to conduct research towards the development of scientific software that can be utilized in the form of applications that will benefit those who suffer from complications associated with allergens and their effect on individuals. PIR will be the kind of scientific software that will not only detect specific allergens (ones that are already known beforehand) but will also draw distinctions between the vast types of allergens (e.g., food borne, medicinal, ocular, plastics/metals, etc.) along with a detailed, succinct description on how plausible interactions between the allergen(s) and an individual's body chemistry take place or have taken place. The scientific software will also perform sequential classification of each individual's allergic reaction and allocate the information in a knowledge base and a selection base.
