iBistro is a SaaS application for the food service industry that powers food commerce, enables traceability, collects and manages big data all in one dashboard. Our mission with iBistro is to empower a better food supply chain that is more local, transparent, traceable and sociable—all pillars of a digital age, “micro-supply chain” system that uses software and social tools to make food fresher and safer. iBistro will be one of the products that enables and grows this supply chain system. iBistro’s focus on the micro-supply chain is driven by the rising need for better back-of-the house technology tools for smaller, more independent food makers, growers, restaurants and retailers in coordination with the distributors they do business with day to day.
