iCareNote is like Evernote, for your personal healthcare. We are creating a much needed healthcare note taking application for the consumer to be able to take and store notes- free text & structured office visit notes, coupled with the ability to track bio data on their health for an overall view and management of their health & well being. The consumer will have the ability to type, talk to text, audio/video record, take pictures, web clip & more to add to their notes in a dynamic database with an easy and simple search and recall. The inclusion of wearables and devices that will be graphed to track vitals, exercise, sleep, etc, is another feature added into the note taking process so the consumer can directly see correlations with their physical health and medical treatment plan for effective health management. We will also include the ability to integrate or partner with other apps for the ability to search diseases, conditions, medications, calorie counting and diet management.
