We are a profit corporation dedicated to providing EHR products and services to small and medium- sized healthcare providers as a means to accelerate the adoption of electronic health records (EHRs.) Established in early May 3, 2013. We will sell technology solution supports to hospitals and general practitioners. We will also provide EMR GO-Live support to said hospitals. Future target healthcare segments include the federal and state sectors. Through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) of 2009, significant Federal funding has been committed to assist health care providers that adopt and achieve meaningful use of EHRs.
