Buyers use our platform to schedule home tours, request more property information, connect with closing professionals, make an offer and track the process through closing. Our model has many potential avenues for monetization because of the power in a platform that brings multiple parties to the transaction. Currently, revenue is generated through a $2,000 flat fee. Buyers’ agents typically receive a 3% commission based on the sales price, and we take our flat fee from this commission while refunding the balance to the buyer. Therefore, our value-add to the homebuyer is simplifying the purchase process and saving them thousands.
