SmartUp® has developed a patent-pending platform that makes legal services affordable for startups and small businesses without compromising the quality of legal work. The SmartUp® platform provides both attorneys and their clients with tools that save the time for attorneys and, in turn, save money for the clients. Legal services are a necessity for startups and small businesses. However, traditional law firms are oftentimes prohibitively expensive, while fill-in-the-blank template services are simplistic and offer none of the needed legal counsel that businesses actually need. The SmartUp® approach saves money for our customers (the attorneys’ clients) by: A) Reducing time spent (and thereby costs) of attorneys and law firms, who are the legal services providers. B) Pre-negotiating flat fees with law firms for the legal services offered through the SmartUp® platform. C) Working with attorneys and firms who are willing and able to provide quality services at volume prices.
