The Beach

I’munique’s is a new setting in an inner city environment with a touch of beach look to it. Atlanta Georgia is the ideal city for a bar and grill lounge for a place with this particular setting. The nearest beach is 267 miles away from the city, which is a 5 hour drive. I’muniques is not your typical bar and grill lounge where people go and meet or enjoy themselves. The French Caribbean beach setting will set the mode for those that are not able to make it to the beach often and would like the feel without actually being on the beach. The Beach will attract customers of all ethnicity. A simple yet unique themed menu and atmosphere will create a sense of “belonging” for locals and tourist alike. We intend to heavily utilize entertainment-oriented marketing in an effort to withstand the perpetual shift in trends and cater to as large a client base as possible. The Atlanta downtown area demographics and minimum competition are major advantages for the success of the venture.
