The Factory, our goal is to create memories, bring a new type of partying, different types of experiences to the alternative nightlife, Electronic Dance Music (EDM) scene, and college students. We will provide a unique theme and atmosphere for locals and tourists. Since the property is in a industrial setting. The Factory concept will bring that underground and warehouse feel but can also be a upscale atmosphere. The general idea is mainly to attract different crowds from tourists, young professionals, college students, & working adults to a different type of venue that will cater to plenty of people regardless of your lifestyle. During the day, the venue can be used as a place to campaign to get young people to vote, register to vote and also give back to the community. It has two full rooms & additional rooftop area also plenty of parking and street parking. Its near three colleges and the area is in future development for a beltline and new outlets.
