The Tour of America is a standalone women's multi-stage cycling race. 1st annual race is planned for June 2016, traveling from Boston to Washington D.C. It will be the ultimate challenge in the sport for women, for the most elite athletes, competing in front of an audience of over a million on-site spectators. It'll be broadcast worldwide and accessible via the internet on Tour Tracker. A powerful platform for women's empowerment and gender equality, inspiring young girls and women around the world, it will reach an affluent audience for our sponsors (17 million cyclists worldwide, 9 million in the U.S. 72% with a college education or higher). For investors, long term potential to achieve valuations on par with the largest global sports properties (The Tour de France is worth $1 billion).
