From a bird’d eye view, WorkReadyGrad is the first ever Career Development Social Network that fills the space between Facebook and LinkedIn. Our patent-pending algorithm matches the skills and experiences employers look for with the resources students can and should be engaging in order to develop them. (e.g. which clubs to join, internships to pursue, local alumni/professionals to engage, classes to take, etc.) Students (from K12 through graduate school) use WorkReadyGrad (for free) to build digital resumes and engage with employers and alumni/professionals. Employers use WorkReadyGrad (for a subscription) as a recruiting tool to build deeper, more qualified talent pipelines using our talent pool search function to discover the talent they are looking for and proactively engage with students.
