Facebook, twitter, and instagram are designed to help users engage with others that they know of. Yopima helps users engage with others that they do not know. Yopima Helps people to engage with others around the places they go and the things they do. Using patent pending geofencing technology, Yopima uniquely is able to identify when a user walks into a building based on time based location monitoring. This information is given to users to help them see how many yopima members are projected to be at an event and how many people are currently their as well as the gender breakdowns of both. Once the user has indidcated that they will be attending an event, they are entered into a live group messaging system resembling a facbook wall for all those interested in attending to engage with one another. Once a user arrives, all other users are unlocked and are made available for direct messaging through the app. A user can opt out of being messaged by going invisible.
